- Metal is maintenance free. It sheds water and snow that weather
other products.

- Metal can be installed over the top of shingles. Although I do not recommend installation over three layers.
- Metal
is enviromentally responsible. It is clean and recyclable. It is excellent for water collecting roof systems.
- Metal
roofs are cost effective. Althought the initial cost are some higher than shingles the cost/benefit ratio over the life of
the roof is great. Also, metal reflects and absorbs heat more efficiently, therefore may reduce cooling cost.
